Stephen's Web Page - Where I've Been

Over the course of my career I've worked in a quite few different places:

• I did my PhD at the University of Kent Computing Laboratory.
• I was a lecturer at The University of Nottingham Computer Science Department.
• For ages I was at Insignia Solutions, doing software emulation and memory management stuff.
• For a short time I was at ANT Limited, working on web browsers.
• Then I was at Picsel Technologies, still working on browsers.
• After that I was at Global Graphics, working on electronic document handling software.
• Currently I am at MIPS Technologies, where I am working on software development toolchains.
